ROAD TO G2E® CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Eligibility: The Road to G2E contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including residents of the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who are twenty-one (21) years old and older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of WMS Gaming Inc., Zig Inc., Defero Media LLC, Splashworks.com Inc., and their affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. The Contest consists of an online games skill competition.


  2. Administrator and Sponsor: WMS Gaming Inc., 3401 N. California Avenue, Chicago, IL 60618.


  3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.


  4. Timing: The Contest will begin September 12, 2007 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), through 11:59 p.m. ET, October, 30, 2007 (the "Contest Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.


  5. How to Enter the Contest: There are six (6) online games (collectively referred to as the “Games”) through which you can enter this Contest:

  6. Contest: Beginning Tuesday, September 18, 2007, go to www.road2g2e.com, follow the links and instructions regarding the Contest, fill out the registration form completely and submit the form. Once you submit the form, you qualify to participate in the Contest as a registered player (“Registered Player”). Administrator shall track all points you accrue during play of Games as a Registered Player during the Contest Period. If you are not logged in as a Registered Player during a Game play session, your points earned during that session will not count toward your accrued point total for the Contest, so be sure to log in as a Registered Player each time you play a Game. There is no limit on the number of times a Registered Player may play the Games during the Contest Period or the number of different Games a Registered Player may play during the Contest Period. Upon expiration of the Contest Period, the Administrator will determine which Registered Player accrued the most points from play of the Games during the Contest Period, and that Registered Player will qualify as a potential Contest winner (the “Potential Winner”). In the event of a tie with respect to points accrued by two or more Registered Players during the Contest Period, Administrator will invite such Registered Players (“Tie-Breaker Participants”) to participate in a tie-breaker playoff (“Tie-Breaker Playoff”). The Tie-Breaker Playoff will consist of a (24) twenty-four hour period designated by Administrator, during which time the Tie-Breaker Participants will have the opportunity to play all of the Games as much as they desire. The Tie-Breaker Participant who accrues the most points from play of the Games during the Tie-Breaker Playoff will qualify as the Potential Winner. Tie-Breaker Playoffs will be repeated until there is no longer a tie score among Tie-Breaker Participants. Each Potential Winner will be provided instructions for verification by Administrator. Administrator will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its verification process. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or Registered Player information, and such activity will result in disqualification from the Contest. Any attempt to undermine or damage the legitimate operation of the Contest or to use an automated system to conduct play of the Games is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of a Registered Player registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Administrator’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of Potential Winner(s) are final and binding. Except where prohibited, the Potential Winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. Failure of a Potential Winner to comply with any of Administrator’s requirements and/or these Official Rules will result in that person’s forfeiture of Potential Winner status and disqualification from the Contest and the potential to win any Contest prize. In the event of such forfeiture, Administrator shall identify the Registered Player with the next highest point total accrual from play of Games during the Contest Period, and that person shall become the new Potential Winner. Only three (3) alternate Potential Winners will be chosen through this process, and if all forfeit status as Potential Winners, the Grand Prize will remain un-awarded

  7. Prizes:There is one (1) Grand Prize for the Contest. The Grand Prize is a “Rockstar” G2E experience consisting of: pickup and drop-off limousine service for two (2) at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada for G2E 2007; six (6) additional one-way limousine trips per day in Las Vegas, Nevada between the dates of November 13 and 15, 2007; two (2) tickets for a show on the Las Vegas strip; VIP entry for two (2) at a Las Vegas nightclub; two (2) dinners for two (2) on the Las Vegas strip; spa service for (2) on the Las Vegas strip; VIP access to WMS Gaming Inc.’s 2007 G2E party; and $500 in spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00. Actual value may vary. Specific elements of prize subject to availability. Administrator reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. As an alternative to the above specified “Rockstar” G2E experience, the Contest winner can choose to accept a cash prize in the amount of $5,000.00. No other substitution or cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted by Contest winner. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, airfare, additional ground transportation, additional meals, lodging, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of Contest winner. Contest winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. Your companion for all prize activities must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and must execute the same Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release as Contest winner prior to participation in any such activity. Administrator will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or certificates.


  8. Publicity:Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to Administrator's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.


  9. General Conditions: Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. In such event, Administrator reserves the right to award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible Registered Players registered up to the time of the impairment. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages and costs (including without limitation attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


  10. Release: By becoming or attempting to become a Registered Player, or by participating or attempting to participate in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor/Administrator, Zig Inc., Defero Media LLC, Splashworks.com Inc., each of their affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents, (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.


  11. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for and all Contest entrants release and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all claims and allegations arising from or related to: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest. If for any reason an entrant’s data is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is to open a new Registered Player account and begin play and point accumulation anew for the remainder of the Contest Period. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.


  12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois or the appropriate Illinois State Court located in Cook County, Illinois; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waves all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Administrator in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.

  13. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Administrator’s Privacy Policy (www.wms.com/privacypolicy.php). Please also note that user names of Registered Players with leading point totals from Game play may appear on a virtual “scoreboard” viewable by the public during and after the Contest Period.

  14. Winner List/Official Rules:Winner list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Road To G2E Winner List”, c/o WMS Gaming Inc., 3401 N. California Avenue, Chicago, IL 60618. Requests for winner list must be received before December 31, 2007.
